Westland’s long legacy of homebuilding began in Vancouver’s West Side with high-end single-family homes. Across our 15-year history, we have gained an appreciation for design excellence, craftsmanship, and innovative technology.
We wanted to take this knowledge gained in single-family homes to make a bigger impact — in neighbourhoods across the region. We began acquiring land in desirable locations and transitioned our expertise to building towers. The Grey, 29 meticulously designed residences in Point Grey, was our first successful step into the arena.
